About Ticket Lottery Entry

I want to cancel my ticket lottery entry.
You may cancel your ticket lottery entry only while ticketing is in progress.In order to cancel your entry, make a new entry for the same live and click on the “Delete All Entries” button & the “Confirm Change” button. Please double check My Page to make sure no entries are under your name.
※No cancellation will be allowed after the ticketing is closed under any circumstances.
I meant to have completed the entry procedure, but it seems that it may not have gone through properly.

Please make sure to check your entry by logging in again to see the details of your entry. If you fail to check the details once again as you complete the entry, we will not be able to take care of your inquiry once the designated ticketing period is over.
Will I get good seats (or early admission numbers) through BARKS?

BARKS TICKET only serves you to help secure your ticket, not to guarantee you good seats or early admission numbers.
Can I choose my seat?
No, we're afraid you may not choose your own seat or admission numbers.
I'm a foreigner currently living in Japan. Can I make a ticket lottery entry?

This site is designed to provide services for overseas residents visiting Japan. If you're a foreigner living in Japan, you can only make the entry on our Japanese site.
I haven't received the confirmation e-mail for my ticket lottery entry yet.

Depending on the settings on your PC and/or mobile device, and your internet environment, our e-mail may fail to reach you. Please check your spam inbox or trash folder. Make sure to log in and check your entry details again on our site.
What is the domain of BARKS e-mails?
BARKS TICKET will send you e-mails with the following domain: @barks.jp. If you have strict settings for accessible domains, make sure to add the above domain to your safe domain list.

About Ticket Lottery Results

How can I check the lottery results?
You can check your lottery result on My Page during the designated result check period.
※We do send out an e-mail to inform you about the designated result check period, but this e-mail does not contain the result. Please be advised to check the details after login.
Can I change the number of tickets after my entry is confirmed?
No, you can't change it before or after your entry is confirmed. We do not allow any changes under any circumstances.
I haven't received the e-mail about result check period.
The e-mail with the information of designated result-check period does not contain the ticket lottery result itself. Thus, even if you haven't received this e-mail, you can still check the result on our site after login. The e-mail we send you is by the address of ticketinfo_en@barks.jp. If you have specific settings for safe domains, please make sure to add @barks.jp to your safe domain list.
※If you still don't receive our e-mails even after necessary setting change, there might be a chance that you registered a wrong/different address on your personal information. Please log in and check your registered e-mail again.

About Payment

Are there any other fees I need to pay for, besides the ticket itself?

Depending on the type of each ticketing condition, you may or may not need to pay additional fees. Please check the details for each ticketing.
What kind of payment methods are available to pay for my ticket(s)?

The payment can be made only by credit card on BARKS TICKET.
How do I make the payment for my ticket lottery entry?
If your ticket entry type is a lottery, it will be designated either of the following by BARKS TICKET:
1 You will need to enter your credit card information as you make the entry for ticket lottery and payment will be automatically made when your entry is confirmed successful.
2 You will need to enter your credit card information for payment after you check your entry status on BARKS TICKET as confirmed successful.
*Only in case of (2), you may make changes to the details of your entry or cancel the entry ONLY while the ticketing is still in progress.
*Once the payment is complete, NO REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE under any circumstances. Please make sure all the entry details are correct before making your entry.
How do I make the payment for my FCFS ticket(s)?
If your ticket entry type is designated as FCFS, you will be asked to enter your credit card information at the time you make an entry for FCFS ticket(s).
*Once the payment is complete, NO REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE under any circumstances. Please make sure all the entry details are correct before making your entry.
I made only the ticket lottery entry, but its purchase description is on credit card statement already.

For ticket lottery, we keep your transaction information temporarily as a pending purchase. Even though you see the purchase description on your statement already, please rest assured that the transaction will not be complete unless your entry was successful.
The payment transaction went through, but the site doesn't indicate the completion of payment.

Your entry status changes only when the payment transaction is successful. If you haven't checked your status, thus resulted in failure of completing the transaction, your entry will be canceled and your money refunded.
I made my payment, but haven't received a confirmation e-mail.
If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail, you might have not met the conditions for a successful transaction. (i.e. inefficient fund, etc) Even if you haven't received a confirmation e-mail, you can still check your status on our site after login.
If you haven't checked your status, thus resulted in failure of completing a transaction, your entry will be canceled and your money refunded.
Can I get my money refunded if I can't make it to the live?
Cancelation due to your personal reasons will not be accepted.There will be no refund available under any circumstances.
When will my credit card be charged fully for the payment?
The actual timing of payment transaction completion depends on your credit card company. Please check with your credit card company for an accurate schedule.
My attempt to make a payment with my credit card resulted in an error.

Possible reasons are: 1) Your credit card may be expired. 2) You may have gone over your credit card limit. Please try again with a different valid credit card to make your payment.
If the above examples do not apply to your case, please contact your credit card company for further explanation.

About Ticket Redemption

I forgot my reservation number.
You are required to present your reservation number in order to redeem your ticket(s) at the venue.
You may not be able to redeem your ticket if you fail to present your reservation number.
I lost my ticket(s) after redeeming them. What should I do?
Lost ticket(s) will not be reissued under any circumstances.
Can my friend redeem her ticket separately at a later time?
All tickets under the same reservation need to be redeemed at the SAME TIME. We will not hold the ticket(s) for your company to pick up at a later time.
Will I get seat assignment in the email with information for ticket redemption?

As we've announced officially to notify you of the RESERVATION NUMBER only, we sent the according information regarding your reservation. Seat assignment and/or admission number will be given at the time of ticket redemption. This information will not be given out in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
